< >    近几年，在各种杂志上发表侨批的文章越来越多，加之爱好侨批的人也逐渐增多，侨批研究领域也在逐步扩展，参与侨批研究的爱好者所在区域也越来越广大，不仅在侨批的发源地有爱好者，在北方、台湾和海外也有了一批爱好者，这是一种很好的兆头，说明侨批研究趣味无穷，后继有人。<p></p></P>
< >    本人加入侨批爱好者的行列也有十来年了，也收集了近千枚各式各样的侨批封。当中也拜读许多前辈们的大作(见本文附件)和一些参展获奖邮集，很有收益。现回头看一看侨批近些年的研究和发展，总感到还有许多不尽人意的地方，或者说是侨批还有许多有待研究和扩展时领域，在此抛砖引玉，还望同好们指教。<p></p></P>
<P >    一、侨批研究各地区间发展极不平衡。我国侨批的发源地如广东的汕头、四邑、梅州，福建的泉州、晋江和漳州、厦门以及海南(琼州)都是侨批的集中地。但从目前发表的研究文章来看，四邑的也不少，从中也看出其独特的邮路和使用时期特点，应加强研究，早出成果。梅州和海南侨批目前挖掘出来的实寄封还较少，据我所知，海南侨批目前挖掘出来的也不过千封。需要加大挖掘力度，因为再过十年八年，这些老侨眷和收批人的房子一翻新或收批人作了古，遗存的那点侨批将可能永远淹没。<p></p></P>
<P >    二、研究侨批起源、邮路、发展的“初探”性文章较多，对侨批进行分阶段深入研究的较少。如清代侨批、民国初期侨批、抗战时期侨批、解放战争时期侨批、文革前期侨批、文革中期侨批和文革后期侨批。这些分时期的侨批都有各自的一些特点。而且每个地区在各个时期的侨批也有一些特色。这些特点和特色也正是人们感兴趣所在。<p></p></P>
<P >    三、用传统的方法研究侨批的多，但如何拓展集邮领域方面的研究较少。从发表的研究文章来看，基本上是就侨批谈侨批，组集也是如此。尤其是有的人获了奖后更是自满，认为侨批只能是按照传统组集，不可能有专题研究和拓展。这样的结果无疑是使侨批的研究之路越走越窄，参与人数越来越少，侨批封的作用也无法进一步扩大应用领域。试想，侨批封上的各种信息之多，可以说是其他实寄封所无法比拟的：有各种各样的邮政戳、批局戳、宣传戳，金融货币信息，政治政策信息，广告信息，各种邮路和各种邮寄方式、贴各国邮票、各种独具特色的信封、正、回批封等等。林林种种的信息足以让我们发挥无限的想象空间。如此之多的信息怎能说只能搞传统式邮集呢。<p></p></P>
<P >    正由于侨批研究存在许许多多的问题，也使人们有了更多的研究领域，有更多的趣味点。本人愿与更多的侨批爱好者进行交流探讨，为侨批研究再上一个台阶尽点微薄之力。<p></p></P>
